Out and About Club

The Out & About Club aims to provide members with opportunities to socialise through attending organised outings.

We offer support and relief from isolation and loneliness on a Saturday, for people experiencing mental health issues.

The service intends to promote people's independence, improve their social skills and build confidence.

The club provides its members with opportunities to visit places of interest and attend social and cultural events both locally and country-wide.

The club runs from 10.30am to 4.30pm for outings weekly, on Saturdays and usually meet at Aston House.

The Out & About Club is by referral only. The referral form can be downloaded here or completed online here.
