National Mind

There are around 200 local Mind associations (LMAs) in England and Wales. Wherever you are, you can find a local Mind association near you.


H4All is a partnership of AgeUK Hillingdon, DASH, Harlington Hospice, Hillingdon Carers, and Hillingdon Mind, brought together to enhance the effectiveness of the voluntary sector in the Borough. H4All currently provides a Wellbeing Service as a single point of access for older people over 65 who need social and emotional support.

Hillingdon Carers is committed to making every carer contact count. They provide advice, information support and a broad range of services that help carers with their caring roles. Disablement Association Hillingdon, known more commonly as DASH, provides advice, support and activities that allow disabled people to take control of their lives and become more independent, confident and part of the community. Telephone 020 8848 8319.

Healthwatch Hillingdon

Healthwatch Hillingdon, is a health and social care watchdog run by and for local people. It is independent of the NHS and the local Council. Healthwatch is able to provide information about local health and social care services, and to receive and respond to complaints. Hillingdon Women's Centre provides a women only, safe and confidential space for all women aged 18 and over. Their aim is to enable all women to obtain information and advice relating to a wide range of matters such as: legal advice, benefits, housing, violence against women, education, training, health, workshops, social activities, support groups and much more.
